Shipments and returns

Shipment of your order

We do our utmost to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days. Shipping is provided by Post NL. Each order is carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit. If there is any damage, please contact us as soon as possible on info@kekkekussens.nl and we will take care of it.

 

Shipping confirmation

Once we have shipped your package you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. When the product has been shipped via Track and Trace, it also contains the Track and Trace code so that you can check the status of your order

 

The shipping fees

Shipping to Belgium and Germany costs € 9,95 per order. Orders over € 99,95 are free of shipping charge.
The international shipping costs for the rest of Europe are €12,50 per order. Orders with a value above € 150 have free shipping.
International shipping to the US & Canada costs are € 19,50 per order. Orders above € 300 are free of shipping costs. Please keep in mind that shipping to the US usually takes 5-10 days!

 

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

You can have your order delivered to a different address. During the ordering process you can choose a delivery address. Enter the correct address here. 

 

Returns:

We do everything we can to ensure that the product meets your expectations. But if you are not satisfied with your order, then you can return the product to us in the following way:

 

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without any explanation. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs you originally paid us. The costs for returning the package from your home to Kekke kussens are at your own expense. These costs are approximately € 15 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will need to be returned to Kekke Kussens with all accessories and - if possible - in the packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@kekkekussens.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration, provided that the product has been received in good order.

Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that have not been carefully packaged or have been damaged during shipment. Once we have received the return you will receive a confirmation by email. After approval of your return shipment, we will contact you for your bankdetails and after that we will transfer the amount into your account within 5 working days.

 

We recommend that you first notify us of complaints by emailing info@kekkekussens.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
