Complaints

We do everything we can to ensure that the product meets your expectations. But it is always possible that you are not satisfied with the product. You can then return the product to us in the following way:

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, so including shipping costs. The costs for returning the package to Kekke Kussens are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 15 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Kekke Kussens with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@kekkekussens.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Send the article including the return form in the original packaging, with sufficient postage to the return address:

Kekke Kussens

Achter op ’t Zand 33

1621 AC Hoorn

The Netherlands

Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that have not been carefully packaged and therefore damaged.

Once we have received the return you will receive a confirmation by email. After approval of your return shipment, we will transfer the amount to your account within 5 working days.

We recommend that you first notify us of complaints by emailing info@kekkekussens.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
